Do you take returns?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days after delivery. We offer returns on most products in new or "like-new" condition. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, original art, framed art, lighting, select oversize items, customized items, and anything damaged through normal wear and tear. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and new or "like new" condition. Note: Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.                                                                        
If you decide you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks you can click here to fill out a return form. Simply follow the steps on the form to print your return label then place your package in the mail. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event you have thrown away your original packaging, please note we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Can I pick an item up in person?

Yes! We allow our local customers to pick-up in our space at 106 W. Martin Luther King Jr Drive in High Point, NC.  Just select the pickup option at checkout. You are also welcome to shop our retail space in person. 

How quickly are items shipped?

We ship in stock items within 3-5 business days. Our made-to-order handmade items such as wall art and accessories ship within 2-4 weeks.

Why do made-to-order items take longer?

Each handmade item is made by our hands. We pay close attention to detail and want to ensure you love it as much as we do!

I've only received part of my order. When will the rest ship?

If you haven't received part of your order yet, we haven't forgotten about it! While many of our products are made in-house, some of our designs are made and shipped directly from our manufacturer. We prefer to send in-stock items out as quickly as possible. Some of our items have a longer ship date. If your order contains one or more of these items, rest assured that we will have these items shipped out as quickly as possible! Once we do ship those out we provide you with a new tracking number for that shipment.

The RhenArt Collection by artists/designer Rhonda "Rhen" Neal explores the spiritual journey of an artist through bold design, movement, music, love, and life. This collection is an up close and personal look into the heart and mind of an artist on her soulful journey. We're fortunate to be based in High Point, NC-  home of the  International Furniture Market. Here we have access  to quality on trend textiles and home furnishings. These Quality Salvaged materials, that would otherwise be discarded after each show, find their way into our collections allowing us to minimize waste in our local and global community. 

Most of our custom and curated collection are one-of-a-kind, truly unique, and cannot not be duplicated or easily found. This helps us to create truly exclusive collections.  Many of our products are stocked and available to ship immediately while other are made-to-order and will take more time to process and ship.
