Thank you for supporting R.O. Studio / Rhen.Ovations. Many of our pieces are prepared through a small studio process, so shipping times may vary depending on the item.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Some products are made to order or produced through our studio partners, which may require additional time before shipping.

Estimated Timelines:

• In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days

• Made-to-order artwork or handmade items: Ship within 2–4 weeks

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• package size

• weight

• destination

We ship throughout the United States using reliable carriers.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the High Point area.

Orders may be picked up at:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions to schedule a pickup time.

Furniture & Large Items

Furniture and certain oversized items are not eligible for shipping at this time.

These items must be picked up directly from the studio. If you have questions about transport or pickup scheduling, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider.
