Welcome to our beautifully curated studio space—ideal for hosting intimate gatherings, meetings, workshops, and more. Our space is designed to feel like a home away from home, with the warmth and ambiance perfect for any close-knit event. Here are the details for renting our space:
Capacity
Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests, making it an ideal setting for small to medium-sized gatherings.
Rental Rates & Minimums
We require a minimum rental period of 3 hours for all events. Rates are as follows:
3 Hours – $375
4 Hours – $500
5 Hours – $625
6 Hours – $750
Please note: A $150 nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your reservation.
What’s Included
Your rental includes access to the entire studio space, plus one extra hour of setup time at no additional charge. To keep our space ready for the next event, we ask that all guests break down and return the studio to its original state by the end of your rental period.
