Trade Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the Rhen.Ovations Designer Trade Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a trade member.

Eligibility

1. Professional Qualification: The program is open to qualified interior designers, architects, retailers, and other design professionals. Verification of business status or resale license is required.
2. Approval: Acceptance into the Designer Trade Program is at the discretion of Rhen.Ovations. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing an explanation.

Membership

1. Account Use: Trade accounts are to be used exclusively by the approved business or individual for business-related purchases only. Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone outside the approved business.
2. Renewal and Revocation: Membership is reviewed annually. Rhen.Ovations reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if terms are violated or if there is misuse of the account.
3. Compliance with Terms: Participation in the trade program requires compliance with these terms, as well as any updates or changes to the terms which Rhen.Ovations may make at its discretion.

Pricing & Discounts

1. Exclusive Trade Pricing: Trade members will receive exclusive pricing on select products, which is only available to active trade accounts. Discount percentages may vary based on the product category.
2. No Resale: Products purchased through the trade program are intended for use in client projects and are not for resale in any retail outlet unless otherwise agreed upon with Rhen.Ovations in writing.
3. Price Adjustments: Rhen.Ovations reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue items without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.

Order & Payment Terms

1. Minimum Orders: While there is no minimum order required to participate, certain products or categories may have minimum quantities, as indicated on the product page.
2. Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Invoices are due upon receipt, and trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations: Due to the customized nature of some products, order changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, changes may not be possible, and fees may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Any additional charges for expedited or international shipping are the responsibility of the trade member.
2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and location. Rhen.Ovations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.
3. Damage in Transit: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 5 business days of receipt to qualify for replacement or credit.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy: Trade orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged. Please contact Rhen.Ovations within 5 business days of receiving a damaged item to arrange for replacement or credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Intellectual Property

1. Product Images & Descriptions: Rhen.Ovations grants trade members limited permission to use product images and descriptions solely for the promotion of Rhen.Ovations products in design presentations or client proposals. Any other use must be approved in writing by Rhen.Ovations.
2. Trademark Use: Trade members may not use Rhen.Ovations trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written consent.

Modifications & Termination of Program

1. Modification of Terms: Rhen.Ovations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes to the program’s terms or benefits.
2. Termination: Rhen.Ovations reserves the right to terminate the Designer Trade Program or any trade account at any time. Members will be notified if the program is discontinued.

Acceptance of Terms

By applying for the Rhen.Ovations Designer Trade Program and making purchases under this program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of trade privileges.
