Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new or "like-new" condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions – Returns are not accepted for:

Original or Canvas

Lighting

Customized items

Select oversized items

Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Note on Handcrafted and Made to Order Items:
Slight variations in color, size, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Return Process:

Fill out our Return Form.

Follow the steps to print your return label.

Mail the package back to us.
You’ll receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge once we receive your return. Please note: if the original packaging is missing, we’re unable to provide replacements for return shipping.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! Local customers can select the local pickup option at checkout and pick up their order at:

How quickly are items shipped?

In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order canvas prints or handmade items: Ship within 2–4 weeks.
Even if listed as “in stock” on the website, made-to-order items still require up to 4 weeks for production and preparation.
Do you ship furniture?
At this time, we do not ship furniture. All furniture must be picked up from our High Point, NC location. If you have questions about pickup options or availability, please contact us.
Why do made-to-order items take longer?
Each made-to-order item is created with care and intention. Because we focus on quality craftsmanship—often producing and finishing pieces in-house—this process takes time. We promise it’s worth the wait.
Why have I only received part of my order?
No worries—we haven’t forgotten the rest! Your order may arrive in multiple shipments:

In-stock items are shipped right away to avoid delay.

Made-to-order or drop-shipped items may arrive later in a separate package.
You’ll receive updated tracking info as each part of your order ships.
