Do you take returns?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days after delivery. We offer returns on most products in new or "like-new" condition. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, original art, framed art, lighting, select oversize items, customized items, and anything damaged through normal wear and tear. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and new or "like new" condition. Note: Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.
If you decide you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks you can click here to fill out or returns form.
Simply follow the steps on the form to print your return label then place your package in the mail. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event you have thrown away your original packaging, please note we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Can I pick an item up in person?
Yes! We allow our local customers to pick-up in our space at 100 S. Main St. in High Point, NC. Just select the pickup option at checkout. You are also welcome to shop our retail space in person.
How quickly are items shipped?
We ship in stock items within 3-5 business days. Our made-to-order handmade items ship within 2 weeks.
Why do made-to-order items take longer?
Each handmade item is made by our hands. We pay close attention to detail and want to ensure you love it as much as we do!
I've only received part of my order. When will the rest ship?
If you haven't received part of your order yet, we haven't forgotten about it! We prefer to send your in-stock items out as quickly as possible. Some of our items have a longer ship date. If your order contains one or more of these items, rest assured that we will have these items shipped out as quickly as possible! Once we do ship those out we provide you with a new tracking number for that shipment.
