Shipping Information

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order handmade items: Ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product.

Furniture Shipping
Furniture is not eligible for shipping. All furniture must be picked up from our studio located at:
106 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, High Point, NC

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers for items shipped directly from our manufacturers or made-to-order products.


Policies

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in new or "like-new" condition, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus original shipping costs.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on:

  • Furniture
  • Original or framed art
  • Customized items
  • Lighting
  • Select oversized items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Handmade Products
Slight variations in size, color, or style are natural and part of the beauty of handmade items. These are not considered defects.

Return Process:

  1. Fill out the Return Form.
  2. Print the return label provided.
  3. Mail the package back to us.

Please note: If original packaging is missing, we cannot supply replacement packaging.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case, especially for made-to-order items.


Local Pickup

Local customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our studio at no additional cost. Just choose the pickup option at checkout.


Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review all details before placing your order.
