SHIPPING & POLICIES

SHIPPING TIME
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship within 2 - 3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped it should arrive in 2 - 7 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences and location. 
Please allow additional time during high volume occasions such as holidays and sales. Please note that we ship Monday - Friday and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. We offer free pick-up from our retail space on specific items at The Market with the Hold Option.
All orders will be shipped via USPS. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time we'll ship your available items as soon as possible.   
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
We make all of our handmade creations in-house and take the time to make sure each piece lives up to our quality’s standards. Made-to-order items such as custom stands may take 5 -10 business days to process, create, and ship. Once your order is shipped it should arrive in 2 - 7 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences and location. 
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. Due to the nature of our business some items may become unavailable before we get a chance to update our website. We'll notify you directly in that a product's availability date changes or becomes unavailable. If you purchase an item that is no longer in stock we'll issue a prompt refund. Please contact us for additional information.
HOLD OPTION
Our large items, such as furniture, are not available for shipping due to high shipping cost. If you're local or can arrange pick-up you can put these items on hold (with a holding fee) and pick the item up in our retail space at The Market.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us  with the details prior to placing your order. We're more than willing to work with you! 
LOST/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If you know that you may have trouble with package delivery we're more than willing to offer signature confirmation for your order. Just leave us a note at checkout. If you receive your item damaged please send a photo of the damage to info@rhenovations.com within 24 hours of the order delivery date. We will work promptly to remedy the issue. 

JEWELRY & T-SHIRT SHIPPING
Flat rate $4 shipping is available for most jewelry items and t-shirts shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. This offer is only available if all of the items in your cart qualify. Find out if a product qualifies by reading the details and dimensions section on the product page.
 
FURNITURE SHIPPING
At this time we're not shipping furniture. If you see a piece you can't live without and you're local you can choose our 'Hold Option to place this item on hold in our retail space for pick-up. Learn more about the Hold Option.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you're not happy with your order and wish to return it you can do so within 5 business days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of our small business we only offer store credit. If you have any issues with your order, such as damages, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date at info@rhenovations.com. We want you to be more than thrilled about any unique piece you purchase from us.
We're more than willing to exchange your items if they're not to your liking. Please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date for exchanges. Items must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if there are any problems with your item when you receive it, please contact us right away. We'll do whatever we can to accommodate you. Your business means the world to us!

 

US (CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES)

We ship most orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time we'll ship available items as soon as possible. 

 
US (ALASKA & HAWAII)
There will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Most items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time.  Please contact us if you live in either of these states and have further questions about shipping.

PRICING POLICY
All prices in our online store are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in prices, descriptions, or image of certain merchandise and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

 

 

 TRADE DISCOUNT
We absolutely love working with designers and love seeing our goodies used in your clients homes. We offer a 25% discount to our designer friends off minimum orders of $150. Feel free to contact us with either a link to your professional website or business credentials such as a tax ID number and we will get you set up!
