SHIPPING TIMES

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our studio within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Custom made-to-order items are specified as such on the item's page and include an estimated shipping time frame. This information is located on the product page under "Shipping & Returns".                                                              
When your order ships, we send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.                                                                     
Please allow additional time during high volume occasions such as holidays and sales. Please note that we ship Monday - Friday and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

 

WE OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP

We offer free pick-up for our in stock items. Just select the Pickup option at checkout.  We are located at 100 S. Main St. in High Point, NC. You must provide your order number to pick up.  Note* Not all items in our online store are available in our retail location. Please read in the item description whether we stock the item at our location. 

 

FURNITURE  SHIPPING

  •  We do not offer shipping on our furniture collection at this time.
  • If you're local and see a piece from Furniture Collection you can choose the pickup option and we'll set up an appointment for you to pickup your order. Pickup is located at 106 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in High Point, NC 27260
  • If you're not local and would like to discuss shipping contact us. We'd love to work together on getting our pieces to you. 

 

 

MADE TO ORDER

Our made to order products will ship from our studio within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. During peak season, wall art and signs can take 3-4 weeks to process before shipping from our studio. 

OUR PACKAGING + SHIPPING MATERIALS

As a small business we're constantly receiving packages and our studio quickly fills up with boxes. We reuse shipping materials that are in reusable condition in order to lessen our carbon imprint. We know our customers would appreciate this as long as their order is packaged safely. All orders will be shipped via USPS. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time we'll ship your available items as soon as possible.  

LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If you know that you may have trouble with package delivery we're more than willing to offer signature confirmation for your order. Just leave us a note at checkout. If you receive your item damaged please click here to fill out our order issue form within 24 hours of the order delivery date. We will work promptly to remedy the issue. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, original art, lighting, customized items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. 

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks click here to fill out our returns form. Simply follow the steps  to print your return shipping label, and then place your package in the mail. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you experience any issues with your order- defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing- please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including t-shirts. In order to process an exchange, click here to fill out our order issues form. Simply follow the instructions to return your item and order a different size.

EVENTS

Event tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

 

STANDARD SHIPPING: USA

We ship most US orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

PRICING POLICY

All prices in our online store are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in prices, descriptions, or image of certain merchandise and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

US (CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES)

We ship most orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time we'll ship available items as soon as possible. 

 
US (ALASKA & HAWAII)
Most items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time. Some over sized or heavy items cannot ship outside the Contiguous US. Please contact us if you live in either of these states and have further questions about shipping.

 

CANADA

All items eligible for international shipping will ship to Canada from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars. Your order's shipping cost will include any added shipping and handling costs incurred, as well as duties, taxes, and brokerage. These will be billed to Rhen Ovations. Free shipping discounts do not apply to Canada shipments. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Express shipping is not available. Select items cannot ship internationally. Please contact us if you have further questions about shipping.

 

EUROPE, ASIA, AND AUSTRALIA

Countries we are able to ship to include Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Holy See (Vatican City State), Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

We hope to provide more shipping options overseas in the future. We do not encourage the use of a forwarding service and are not responsible for shipments using such methods once the package arrives at the order's shipping address.
