At R.O. Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in new or "like-new" condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Original and framed art
    • Customized signs and jewelry
    • Furniture
    • Lighting
    • Select oversized items
    • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return

If you decide an item isn’t the right fit after a couple of weeks, returning it is easy:

  1. Start the Process: Click here to fill out the return form.
  2. Print Your Label: Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return shipping label.
  3. Ship It Back: Drop your package off with your shipping carrier.
  • You’ll receive a full refund for your item(s) minus the original shipping charge.
  • Please note: If you no longer have the original packaging, we cannot provide additional return packaging.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it. Here’s how:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to report any issues.
  • For defective or damaged products, we’ll handle the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of select apparel items, including t-shirts.

Events

Tickets for events are non-returnable and non-refundable.
